This is her OC: Shimina Setsunasa, she's a yandere taciturn girl. Usually her face is a blank expression, and she doesn't talk too much. However, when things do not go her way, she turns psychotic. Her hobbies are computer and yoga.

Interesting!
Her outfit reminds me of a sailor. xD
Those shoes are quite nice as well. I like the ruffles in her skirt too and the way her hands are by her sides, with her fingers going out, it's a nice detail. The hair is lovely too and I like how it frames her face as well.
The blue background was a nice touch too.
The only small point I'd say is that her knees seem to go a little more inward than they should, but I guess drawing the appearance of knees at all would have to be tricky, hm?

Nice job though!
